OUR CLASSES
AT NORTHWEST YOU TRAIN IN A GROUP GUIDED BY A PROFESSIONAL COACH. OUR TRAINING IS DIFFERENT THAN THE TRAINING IN REGULAR FITNESS CLUBS. WE FOCUS ON FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS INSTEAD OF ISOLATED MUSCLE TRAINING.
HYROX
HYROX is a global fitness FORMAT that combines running with functional exercise stations, The TRAINING is standardized and designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes. The TRAINING IS MOSTLY A run followed by a different station, such as a sled push, a ski erg, a row, or wall balls. HYROX training involves building both running endurance and functional strength to perform well in this hybrid format.

HEADCOACH
Adela tolentino Pijcke.
adela is a weightlifter, powerlifter and crossfitter who has achieved significant success, particularly in the masters category. she is a SIX-time world masters weightlifting champion, 8 TIMES EUROPEAN MASTERS CHAMPION and holds several records including a world masters record in the clean and jerk. adela IS a dominant figure in european and global masters competitions.
alongside her own career, she coaches other athletes. several athlets she coached won medals in international competitions.
adela is also involved in international weightlifting as a category 1 imwa official. before moving to the philippines she was chairwoman of the netherlands masters WEIGHTLIFTING association.
